Carolyn has been active in Pine Bluff since she moved here in May 1975 she was supposed to have been a temporary stay that turned into a permanent resident, and she has volunteered with the United Way of Southeast Arkansas and mentored students who participated in summer youth programs. In 1998 she found herself unemployed, so she started an In-Home Foot care service taking special interest in the elderly and disabled with their foot care needs. She participated in Health Care Fairs sponsored by Carti informing the citizens of her In-Home Foot care services. She also assisted with the cereal drive established by Ms. Wanda Bateman and assisted Ms. Bateman with her guests including movie stars that visited our city. We are so happy to have Carolyn on our little team making big differences in community members' lives.
