Carla Martin is a dedicated community leader and volunteer in Southeast Arkansas. She previously served as the President of the United Way of Southeast Arkansas Board of Directors for the 2019-2020 term. In this role, she provided leadership and oversight for the organization's efforts to improve lives and strengthen communities throughout the region. Martin is a member of numerous local boards and committees, working tirelessly to make a positive impact in her community. She is known for her commitment to helping others and making Southeast Arkansas a better place to live. In addition to her volunteer work, Martin serves as the Vice Chancellor for Finance & Administration at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. Her professional experience in higher education and passion for community engagement have been valuable assets in her leadership roles with United Way and other local organizations. Southeast Arkansas is fortunate to have such a caring and involved resident working to improve the lives of her fellow citizens.
